Is the Personal Assistant (called a secretary in the olden days) of a CEO still called a Personal Assistant, or does she have another title because her boss has the top position in the corporation?

nope-it would now be called an E.A. or executive assistant. it's the "politically correct" term.

Executive Assistant is correct, as is Administrative Assistant.

Perhaps Administration Officer.
It's the scope of work the personnel is doing in order to name the correct designation and not the designation that name the person who may not even perform any scope of work relative to the designated office name.

I've always heard them refer to themselves as Administrative
Assistant but they like to shorten it to Admin .for ......
