How much would cheapest, but still nice digital camera cost?

I would like to buy a good quality digital camera, but I would not like to spend more than $100. Is that possible? And if so where?

Even a cheap Kodak is about 2-300 dollars.

You might want to consider the Fugifilm FinePix A500. B&H Photo has it for $88.95 Don't forget a memory card must be bought. The camera should make excellent 5X7s. It's 3X optical zoom and has 5 megapixels.
