Why do Civil Right Leaders supports Gay rights ?

These guys are Minister and they know Homosexuality is against the word of God . Why do they support Gay Marriage then ?

The ACLU is against anything Christian. They hate crosses, they hate the ten commandments. They are against kids that wear religious shirts to school. They are for terrorists. They are for abortion, they are for gays. I think the only reason why they support blacks is to cover their true agenda. They arent for civil rights, they are for secularizing america. I don't know if they ever were a civil rights organisation. If they helped blacks and woman at one time, and have since been highjacked by extreme leftists or not. Im not that familiar with thier past. Their present condition doesn't seem to be in americas interests. They would rather take in god we trust off of money, than stand up for a teacher or student that wore a cross necklace to school. They are not anyones friends except the extreme left. I love rights, and support the constitution, and wouldn't want to deny anyones rights. The ACLU would infringe on a lot of peoples rights in order to secure rights for a few.

Because to the gay population, it is their civil rights that are being infringed upon. I don't believe in living that lifestyle, but that is how they feel they need to live their life, so I'm not going to bother with how someone thinks they should live. It's their right to live how they want. I have many gay friends, and they are very caring and very attentive to my feelings and to my concerns about life in general. In fact, in some of my problems I would almost rather go to them to get their opion then anyone else. They usually have a very open mind and are more able to see my problems from every angle, more then I would think of.

I may not agree with the lifestyle they live, but I love them as the people they are. They have a right to be those people. So, although I love the people, I don't like the way they live. But, since Christ told us to love all people, I look at them as just another child of God, and they need love too.

because civil rights are based on the constitution. the constitution states that all men and women are equal. that means that we all have the same rights, appointed by law.
the constitution also has a passage that says there should be a separation of church and state.

Because the constitution gives EVERYONE in america the right to be themselves WHATEVER that may be. It has NOTHING to do with God just like it also says you can believe in WHATEVER you choose NOT just GOD .... therefore they have the RIGHT to be gay or talk about it or believe in it.

Because if you oppress gay people then you aren't American. It doesn't matter if it was nature or nurture, gay people aren't gay by choice. So oppress them you might as well not let women vote, en-slave Africans, and kill native Americans all over again.
