how do u kno if a guy totally likes u?

i like this one cute guy n we always talk everyday. some ppl think we're flirting n all but he's like that with everyone so i cant tell if he likes me or now. alot of ppl said that he likes one of my best friend n i dont kno what to think. he's always doin thinks like callin me this nick name, pullin my hair sometimes n he's always jokin around with me tryin to torture me. my friends said he show sign of likin me by not talkin to me when his friends are around. he said he hates my best friend but he's always flirtin with her too. n the other day he said that he likes this one girl but maybe he could be hidin somethin from me cause he knows the other guy that i like (i like 2 guys but not as much as this guy). he doesnt talk to the other girl that much at all.
