Nice wine!! We had Billecart-Salmon NV brut rose followed by 2003 Dehlinger Goldridge Pinot Noir. With dessert we had Inniskillen Riesling Icewine. Life is good!

i visit do chocolate fondue for dessert- then have some whip cream and strawberries, cake, and cookies to dip in it. Steak sounds large! i'd say something trouble-free to flow alongside- baked potato, steamed greens, salad. Champagne for drinks or some large wine? trouble-free chocolate martini: -a million shot Vanilla Vodka -a million shot Cream de Cacao -a million shot a million/2 and a million/2 -Rim glass with sugar and cinnamon -Drizzle chocolate on backside of glass sturdy success!
