umm, can you say creepy stalker? jk, lots of people do that, girls and guys alike. he is probably interested in you. you cant really say that he likes you if he has never talked to you, but maybe he wants to...if he seems like a friendly fellow maybe you could give him a break and start up a conversation with him. if he has been staring at you and sitting near you maybe he has been trying to work up the courage to talk to you, you never know.

well, to tell you the truth he likes you, or at least has an interest in getting to know you. this happens to me, and yeah, i know i need to just go talk to the girl. but it might be a werid situation for him to just start up a conversation. so, it would make it alot easier if you kinda eased the tension a little bit, like sit next to him, or somehow try to start conversation with him.

maybe he likes you and hes just too shy to say anything. My boyfriend use to be the same way. you could maybe try talking to him? thats what helped me.
