Many or most hotels 4 stars & up would have swimming pool as one of their facilities. But check out the following links just to find out for yourself.
The Inter-Continental on the Kowloon side and the 4 Seasons in the IFC II on the Island side would have my vote. See the pics for yourself.

I'm help my frds to find the hotel online by the website below. It's safe and cheaper than you walk in or check with some travel agency.
By selecting the facilities there you can filer out the hotel w'out swimming pool and also sort it by price/location
