If he is active, he should be at the hospital in negitive air pressure room! He needs to be taking medications! TB is highly contagious and he should not be going anywere with the active disease!

If he is active then he should be in quarantine. and if it is inactive then it is ok but he always has a chance of it coming back. He he starts coughing up blood he needs to go to the hospital immediately. I have inactive TB and wa on all the meds but I can do anything a normal person can. But if he is active make him go to the doctor and if he won't report him. It is really serious and very contagious. I hope this helps you. And do the right thing.
