how do I get this reversed? I have lost $79.00 and got a card that isa actuqally no good. I do not know where I can use it and how I m supposed to pay the bill. I do not want the card and want a refund to my account. and will they just take the entire cost out of my account or do I have a choice of monthly payments? Help! I just got ripped off I think. Should I try and close it or can I report this to someone? Who to? I was completely lost and now I can't afford to buy anything as I am on a fixed income. Please let me know anything you can to help me straighten out this mess. I do not want to hurt my already bad credit. Would appreciate any help. Is there a phone I can call to? Does anyone ever get it rememdied? I was just investigating..not ordering it. Besides it says in the information that I will receive a crdeit card within 5 daysa abd I have nor received that either. How badly have I screwed up? Is there something like a center to complain to? Please help. me.

If you were looking at this online, then you had to have entered your information in and submitted it, or they wouldn't have your account number to take the money out. I don't really know how you could accidentally do all of that, but maybe you can call Horizon and explain to them what happened. I doubt if they will help you because you obviously ordered this card rather you knew you did it or not. They are probably not going to give you your money back. Good luck with this.

They took the money out because you gave them your account number. Entering your account number online is not a good idea unless it's someplace you trust. As for getting the money back, first try to contact Horizon. If they do not answer you, you can call your bank and dispute the charge. Tell them you want to dispute a VISA (or MasterCard or whatever) transaction for non-receipt of goods/services. They will file a dispute for you, it usually takes awhile, but you will get your money back.

You have paid for a credit card that can only be used to order from their personal selling site. If you can do this within 3 days after they have taken your money, you can cancel.. If not, you have given away 79.00

Report it to the bank as an unauthorized charge and the bank should run its own investigation and refund you the money. Also you should contact the horizon card company and let them know you reported the transaction to your bank as unauthorized and close whatever account was opened since you dont know how it was opened in your name.
