Doctor told me 30-90 days, it depends on your body.

For one-time use in a person who doesn't usually smoke marijuana, urine is clean in 48-72 hours for most. Urine from chronic, heavy smokers may stay positive for up to 30 days due to the accumulation (and slow release) of fat-soluble THC metabolites (which the test actually detects).

Everyone else and their mother is going to tell you 30 days and leave it at that, but this is incorrect. One-time use isn't going to lead to a lot of THC metabolites building up in fat tissue (and thus long period between cessation of smoking and urine being clean).
