1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1 onion, chopped (size depend on your taste; I use large)

Brown ground meat and onion in large frying pan, breaking apart until done. Drain fat.

Add:
1 cup ketchup (I use a bit more)
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard (or to taste)
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes or so.

Classic Sloppy Joes

Brown approx 1 pound ground beef with a medium chopped onion, a stalk or two of sliced celery and about half a large bell pepper - chopped. Drain if needed.
Stir in one can condensed tomato soup - Worcestershire sauce to taste and if needed some catsup or barbecue sauce to bring to proper texture. Simmer - stirring frequently - to blend flavors. Serve on split buns.

Brown some ground beef. Add heinz 57 sauce, a spoon or two of orange marmalade, salt, worchestershire sauce, some ketchup if you want to tone the flavor down some.
Wonderful.

I like to make 'em out of leftover roast beef. I run the beef through my grinder with the coarse plates.

I mix 1/2-cup of Katsup (Ketchup, you know...) with 2-tablespoons of Worst....sher sauce, 1-teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

I put it all in a small casserole dish, add enough tomato sauce to make it moist, pop on the lid and stick it in a 350° oven 'till it's heated through - about 20 minutes.

I always made it by browning ground beef, adding some ketchup, mustard and worchestershire sauce. Guess you can throw some onion in there too.

sorry, I never measure this, I just kinda add stuff to taste.
