I need a coffemaker that will grind & brew coffe using a timer. I like it to be ready when I wake up. I will need a thermal that will keep it hot.
I worry about the reliability of these types of machines... meaning will the thing still work right in a year or two.
Can anyone recommend a brand that you have had success with?

Gotta tell you, don't do it. It's just not as good an idea as it sounds. Either the grinder will outlive the brewer, or the brewer will outlive the grinder. Best thing to do is to use two appliances.
