The .bin format is one of the commonly used formats to share CD's and DVD's.It cannot be opened directly.The files present inside the BIN file has to be extracted.To do this you need a software like IsoBuster which will extract those files in the BIN file.
IsoBuster can be downloaded from :
http://www.isobuster.com/isobusterdownload.php
After installing the software open the BIN file and right click on it to extract.

go to the internet and search for imgburn I beleive it is a free program or has a trial period but at any rate it will burn bin files.

all u have to do is click on one and delete it and it will go away that easy go get to it
