You don't. If you look in the right places, you will find them.

You put them in a nice soil; moist, but not too moist. Sandy loam is the ideal. Outdoors is best, unless you have a greenhouse. With the warmer summer months, the climate is much more like that of the late Cretaceous, and soon they will break out of thier shells. In a few weeks you will have a lovely new crop of fresh dinosaurs. Don't forget to harvest at the proper time. Too soon and they will be little bird-like insectivores, and won't be strong enough to survive on thier own. Too long and they become giant T-Rexes, and are far too big for most yards...
Be sure you have the genuine article. Too many ppl these days are hawking fake fossils and insisting they are the real thing. Absurd and shameful, I know, but some folks will do anything to make a buck or fool the public for kicks.
Even place non-original and authentic fossils in the wrong beds...

you definetly need the time machine for this one, just remeber to not screw anything up! It'll mess up evolution, things would be different when you get back. Oh, when you plant the bones make sure you scribble something about god not existing.

Well I tell you, it's a very complicated procedure that involves digging a pit and looking for a Cambrian explosion.
