I'm assuming by cc you mean calories? cc is usually a measure of liquid so you might want to check your abbreviations or correct me.

That said, if you do mean calories, provided you've poached the eggs in water and not broth, there are 74 calories per egg. The problem is that many people top their poached eggs with hollandaise sauce (like with Eggs Benedict) which is VERY high in fat.

Eggs themselves are different size ranges, and within any given size range, there can be any size.

So if that's your question, the answer is that there's no generalized answer, that each is different.
