Dear Verysaucy,
Thank you for your question.
You have requested information about a tropical destination where the weather is super hot, exotic and not rainy in the months of June and July. I will reply assuming you are in the United States or Canada. As per your request, here is my answer.
The months of June and July are right at the start of the tropical cyclone season for the Northern Hemisphere, which starts on June and goes all the way to November. The weather will be very hot and exotic but you may also get rain, tropical storms and even hurricanes alongside the Atlantic tropical destinations (Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America). Albeit I am sorry to convey these news, I think it is best for you to be aware of it when planning for your graduation trip.
That said, for a wonderful and exotic destination, I would consider the Dominican Republic. Depending on your budget, sense of adventure, length of the trip and the common sense of your friends, I’d choose one or more locations for you to explore.
If interested in going to a single place, I’d choose someplace within the Punta Cana region or La Romana. These are not the cheapest of all destinations, but still, very reasonably priced and safe. Both have highly experienced service providers for the tourism industry and world-class airport facilities for destinations of this sort within a few minutes drive.
However, if people of your kind are interested in beautiful nature and landscapes, you may also want to consider an alternative trip including, but not solely limited to Bahia de las Aguilas, in the Southwest point of the Dominican Republic or Samana, in the farthest North-Eastern peninsula.
All this said, should you have any further questions or need more feedback, do not hesitate to let me know. I'd be happy to contribute to your planning.
As general information for you and your friends, please know that Dominican laws are very harsh on both soft and hard drugs. Anti-underage drinking laws are not all that much enforced and to the best of my knowledge, the legal drinking age is 18. Like any other tourism destination, the place seems like paradise, even if it is really not. Wish you a safe and happy trip.

I advise you pass as a lengthy way south as a danger. The in the route of the equator, the hotter must be the temperatures. Aruba, Curacao, Grenada, Trinidad and Barbados will be hotter than the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos and different more beneficial northern places. St. Lucia and Martinique are also in the southern Caribbean, besides the actual undeniable reality that no longer extremely as a lengthy way south because those above. even although the temperature distinction will be about 5-7 levels, it is sufficient to make swimming in the water more beneficial gentle. After swimming the Caribbean in February, i realized the position you vacation that factor of twelve months is taken under consideration necessary. on the topic of fee, the more beneficial accessible places will probable be somewhat a lot less intense priced because you've more beneficial flight ideas, which in additional than a number of circumstances drives down the fee. so that you would narrow your decision to Aruba, Barbados and St. Lucia.

Try Grenada, especially Lance Aux Piens. I used to live there, and there aren't a lot of tourists, things are cheap and it's a great place to chill.
Another wonderful place is Bora Bora or Tahiti.
If you'd rather be in the Mediterranean, then go to Salonika, Greece or San Tropez in France.
