As expected, there are a lot of symplistic analyses. We have to go back to logic and history. First, Israel was created on Arab lands in 1948, after many genocides against the civilian Arabs in there. Before, Muslims and Christians and Jews-the Samirians- the real ones were living in peace and harmony, until Britain, in order to consolidate its imperial powers and to get rid of the Jews in Europe decided to leave something that can be a source of everlasting trouble in the region. Matt, do you see what systematic opression Palestinians live in? Do you see when, at a whim, an F-16 DEMOLISHES civilian quarters killing women and children and men?No wonder. I know that a lot of people do not, unfortunately, know what is going on in the world! You just need a dish and go on exploring the Other versions of reality.
You have to know that the creation of Israel has almost nothing to do with Judaism. go to Google.com and look for Jews against zonism. You will be surprised to see how religious they are. By the way, they are in Europe, and refused to travel to live in the M.East to create other victims of history. Just be curious a little bit, and you gonna use your mind critically. Colonialism and imperialism are the causes why the Holy Land is like that. Thanks

Is it possible to believe in Christ and not believe in a holy land? Yes!
Therefore, the hate stems from ignorance. A place of historical significance can be respected without making it holy. Christ said: "none is holy, except the Father."

It's simple. When people take a dislikin to eachother, or a group has something they want, historically, they kill eachother over it. Then when you add in the Jews, who aren't going to give up a place where they aren't going to be oppressed for their religion, after 2000 years of putting up with that, and the muslims, who sometimes interpret jihad in a more violent than nessesary way, you've got an ugly situation.

Are you kidding? Have you looked around lately? The whole world is full of hate. The Holy Land is the place where the Devil and the Lord Jesus Christ will go head to head...it will be the center of the world. Naturally it would be a dynamic and fought over place.

Christians in the Holy Land are peaceful people. Jews and Moslems should love one another. The Moslems and Christians have a pretty cordial relationship before the Jews came into power. Jews should learn to share power to CHristians and Moslems. Moslems should not expect the Jews to leave because it was theirs to begin with. God gave it to Abraham and his descendants.

--The Holy Land or once called in reality "The Promised Land" is no longer Holy. When the Israelites rejected & had their part in murdering Christ , they indeed lost any favorable standing they once had with God.
--Since the time of the complete destruction of Jerusalem and the destruction of the temple in 70 ce, by the Romans, there has never again been a restoration sanctioned by God!

(Luke 13:34-35) “34 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the killer of the prophets and stoner of those sent forth to her—how often I wanted to gather your children together in the manner that a hen gathers her brood of chicks under her wings, but YOU people did not want [it]! 35 Look! YOUR house is abandoned to YOU. I tell YOU, YOU will by no means see me until YOU say, ‘Blessed is he that comes in Jehovah’s name.’””

--If you noted the finallity that Christ prophesied, has indeed come true thoughout the centuries, and will never change to make it truly holy.

That is not the holy land,no more.
In the early times the holy land is in Israel but during the time of Christ He said "Mat 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. "

So this is the reason why the people called "The holy land" is not holy anymore.

id say that the biggest reason why the muslims hate the west is because of a little something that happened a thousand years ago called the CRUSADES!!! the catholic faith marched an army of 60,000 soldiers of god into the holy land=juresalem, antioch, acre, etc. we slaughtered 100,000s of thousands of muslims, jews and even fellow chrisitians and in the end the crusades failed. the end

Well, you've got Jews on one side and Muslims on the other. Not to mention all the Christians. It all goes way back...basically they all think that the 'holy land' belongs to them...given to them by God. Just goes to show you that some people take bedtime stories WAY too seriously!!
