what would be the best way to tell a guy that you have a friends with benefits relationship with that you like them more than that?

This happened to me once. It took me a while to see that the guy didn't like me enough or respect me enough to have a deeper relationship. It also took me a while to figure out that I deserved better and that relationship was already damaged because it was superficial to began with.. its hard to get a person to see you as more than just sex in that type of relationship. There was nothing wrong with me, he just couldn't handle a good women. He wasn't at that level yet. He wasn't on my level period so how could i expect him to want something more. Ask yourself, does he really respect you, does he genuinely care about you, and is he ready for a real relationship? Then ask the same about yourself. (i.e. do you respect yourself, etc........). Does he really deserve you?

its really hard because you already seemed like you didnt want commitment so it will be hard for him to understand. the best thing to do is just come out and say it!

I guess you just tell him...
the problem is that its hard to date someone you had friends with benifits with.
