Should i tell her i like her or wait for her to tell me she likes me?.?

i know this girl and i like her yea we talk
i make her laugh even if the jokes was not funny she slaps me on the arm she even looks me in the eyes when we talk. I sometimes c her looking at me my friend says he thinks she likes me because everytime she c me she has a smile on her face. I also noticed when i was talking to another friend which is a girl she stood between me and her until i started telling her a story
that happen which they both laughed but she i think tried to out laugh the other girl. OK IF I TELL HER I LIKE HER AND SHE DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING IS THAT GOOD OR BAD?

There isn't much point saying anything. She almost certainly already knows that you like her. If she liked you, you would know about it.

Your focus on "telling her" your feelings is perhaps misguided. Show her how you feel. Ask her out. Take her to a movie, dinnner. Did you get her a Valentines Day card? If not get her a gag gift of somekind tomorrow. A funny gift is usually twice as nice. Never ask the question, "Do you like me?" It is lame and lacks backbone. Actions my man. Next time you see her and she is laughing, add some physical contact. A brush of the hands, throw in a hug, peck on the cheek. Why not, right? It is a much better way to judge her reaction, and it sounds like the approach will not be rebuffed. Go get 'er tiger!

Tell her, if she shares your feelings good and if not move on there's other fish in the see after all we can't always get what we want. I should know because the guy I liked seemed to like me a lot until he moved away because he got his girl pregnant. Trust me, if she's worth it it will happen if not then it wasn't meant to be, it will save you a lot of time and heart.

it would only be a bad sign, if she starts totally avoiding you, or would no longer smile at you
