Micropigmentation or dermapigmentation, AKA Cosmetic Tattoo Makeup. Fast and flawless, you'll never worry about that spot again. And YES it is SAFE, cause if it weren't, chemotherapy and radiation patients could get it, and they are the ones who get it done the most (eyebrow replacement due to hairloss).

Either grow a nice long moustachio, or get a female friend that you really trust, to help you go shopping for a coloured lip balm.

You can get some really nice natural looking coloured & transclucent lip balms. It would help even out the colour and moisturise you lips too. Just because you're a bloke doesn't mean you're not allowed to take advantage of cosmetics if it helps boost your confidence.

A cosmetic tatoo just wouldn't work on your lips. They are just used for outlining that area. We've got too many nerve endings in our lips to make it possible without even considering the damage it would cause to such a delicate area.

Treat it as a 'beauty spot' and ignore it!
