Lots of things can cause these signs. Most common in young cats are parasites, eating something they shouldn't, and viruses. You really should take your beloved kitty to the vet, and I'm sure they will be able to help him feel better!

The important thing is to keep him hydrated. Give him water from time to time using a medicine dropper or (oral) syringe. Get him some wet cat canned food (the fishy flavors like tuna will be most enticing) and mix a little boiled rice with it. The wet canned food will help hydrate the kitty and the rice will give bulk to his poop. Plenty of water to flush out whatever has irritated his digestive system. Wait a day and see if the diarrhea and vomiting will stop. If it does not and the kitty refuses to eat, the problem could be hairball or other obstruction. See a vet.

You need to take your cat to the vet as soon as possible. If he is not eating or drinking, he is dehydrated, causing him to become weak. He may have a virus, which in most cases a lot of cats get, and by him not drinking water makes it worse. Take your cat to the vet because he can't go without water but for so long or he will die.

Do you ever let him outside? If so, it could be giardia. If he eats canned food, it may have sat out too long and given him salmonella. Or maybe he got into the trash... At any rate, I'd take him to the vet.

Take him to a vet!!! This sounds like it could be very serious. I wouldn't take any chances.

At the very least, you could call a 24 hour animal hospital and they will tell you what to do.

I hope your kitty gets better.
