if you say i love you right off the bat you might scare him. try asking him to hang out sometime or ask him to come over and watch a movie or whatever. see if he likes you back. saying you love him may scare him away...hope that helps

Just talk to him, try to get a sense for how he feels, without making it obvious, and see if it seems good, then tell him...but dont make it crazy like Him: well you are great, and i love being with you. You: well thats great cus i love you...... yea that would be bad, you will know, as it happens i am sure
