I really really like this guy. We got introduced by my bestfriend. We do talk due to that we're working on something (business) together but he does have a girlfriend already. He only went on like 3 dates with her but they got close because that girl went to another state just to see him when he got in an accident. I believe in finding love and happiness urself. what can I do? I want him......but i don't want to be a *****. please help! Thank you!

You only live once, if you want him, talk to him to make sure. Make sure he's worth the effort.
If you don't, you'll always be asking yourself 'what if'.
