In vitro fertilisation[1] (IVF) is a technique in which egg cells are fertilised by sperm outside the woman's womb. The process involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilise them in a fluid medium. The fertilised egg (zygote) is then transferred to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful pregnancy.

Epidural: Outside the dura, the outermost, toughest, and most fibrous of the three membranes (meninges) covering the brain and the spinal cord

Cervical dilation is the dilation (opening) of the cervix during childbirth

Lemaze method: It aims to decondition any fear or doubts that women have about the birth and to respond to the sensations of labour in a relaxed and positive way. Some classes place great emphasis on breathing techniques but as this system has developed this aspect is not so regimented as it was.

The blastocyst is the structure formed in early mammalian embryogenesis, after the formation of the blastocele, but before implantation. It possesses an inner cell mass, or embryoblast, and an outer cell mass, or trophoblast. The blastocyst is usually comprised of 200 cells

thank you to Wikipedia who assisted in the following answeres -

RIA Test- a scientific method used to test antigens (for example, hormone levels in the blood).

in-vitro fertilization- is a technique in which egg are fertilised by sperm outside the woman's womb. The ovulatory process is hormonally controleld, removing ova (eggs) from the ovaries and fertiliseing with sperm in a fluid medium.

epideral - is a form of regional anesthesia where drugs are injected through a catheter placed into the epidural space. The injection can cause both a loss of sensation (anaesthesia) and a loss of pain (analgesia), by blocking the transmission of pain signals through nerves in or near the spinal cord.

dilation- the opening of the cervix during childbirth. In the early stages of pregnancy, the cervix opens up to 1-3 cm. During labour, repeated uterine contractions lead to further widening of the cervix to about 6 centimeters. From that point, pressure from the baby along with uterine contractions, will dilate the cervix to 10 centimeters, which is "complete."

Lemaze method- an alternative to the use of medical intervention during labor. Uses breathing techniques and other ways to work with the labor process to reduce the pain often associated with childbirth, such as hot and cold packs, changing positions, the use of a "birthing ball" to remain in an upright position, and orgasm to induce or hasten labor.

blastocyst- formed from a mass of cells which go on to form the developing embryo. The outside layer of cells of the blastocyst goes on to form the placenta, and the inner ball of cells forms the embryo.

I only know a couple of them..

In-vitro fertilization is when they take your eggs out of your ovaries and place the sperm in with them then they place them back into your vagina and into your uterus.

epidural is when they inject a needle into your spine to numb you from the waist down.

dilation is when you are in labor..your body prepares you to deliver the baby. your pelvic bones will slowly start to separate ( for lack of a better word) during each contraction.

and lamaze methon i'm assuming is when you practice your breathing while your in labor.
