I just bet you don't drink much water! Beautiful, moist skin begins inside first, so drink more water. You can add flax seed oil and vitamin E to your diet too. Moisturizers are all over the place and too numerous to mention, my personal favorite is Cocoa Butter. It's not real costly and is good for dry skin. Using something like that might improve the dry skin but lots of water is a must. A human body is made up of a fairly large percentage of fluid and needs refilling daily. If your skin is really horrible, you may need to consult with you doctor to see if it has a medical cause the good old Doc can help with something from the pharmacy. Hope this info helps you!

Dry skin is a big thing. One of the problem is because we wash in chlorinated water everyday. Chlorine is a bleaching agent and it strips away the natural skin oil. All the cream and lotion we put on is not the same and it is a after application. I do have dry skin myself and I use shower filter. It really help is you case is same as mine. Use shower filter and also apply the cream to see it that works. I myself uses shower filter and finds it to work for me, but still I use cream.

Drink more water. Odds are that you're not drinking your 6, 8oz glasses per day.
When your body is not properly hydrated...what water you have goes to the vital body processes, and the skin is not considered "vital" in the means of life sustaining, so it suffers in the form of dry skin.
Just try it for a few weeks and see if it helps.

Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and use a face pack of ripe bananas and honey. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for dry skin at the link below.

I have tried this and it really helps. Get lanolin cream from the pharmacy (it is animal fat and is readily absorbed by your skin) and some olive oil. Rub the lanolin on your skin and after that rub in some olive oil. Leave it on for about an hour, shower or bath and apply the lanolin after your bath.

The white powder is useless epidermis cells coming loose. be particular you exfoliate your epidermis oftentimes or it received't take up moisture real. Rub it with sugar even as in the bathe or use a dry epidermis brush in the previous showering/bathing. Then use a sturdy moisturizer, coconut oil is magnificent

use lotion. lots of it. soak in it if you have to. keep your feet moist. get a foot bath with oatmeal and soak. then get some lotion then put some comfy socks on. and sooner or later your feet will be back to the way they were before all that dry and crackness began.

Try exfoliating with a sugar scrub, lots of moisturizer, drink lots of water, and my friend takes fish oil pills. She swears it works.
If all else fails, see a dermatologist.
