okay i like my best friend but she will never like me!
and if ill tell her every one will make fun of me cuase she is smaller then me!

Size shouldn't matter. It is mean that people make fun of others looks. If you like her tell her. But sometimes best friends that like each other for more then friends dont work out. Then you loose a best friend.

seriously, first of all, if you like this girl and you are let's say "joking around" too much with her like best friends than nothing will work out. If you want to have a relationship with her, tell her how you really feel, so she understands that you don't want to be "Just Friends".
Second of all, who cares if people make fun of you for going out with a small chick. Personally to you, you like them. No big deal. And if people are going to make fun of you for it, you step up and tell them off. If your friends and stuff are making fun of you for going out with a small girl, they are not your friends.

1) where has your confidence gone?
2) are you living life for people or are you living life for yourself?
3) does it matter to you about what people think, because it's your life at the end of the day?
Think carefully and answer those questions in your own heart and mind.

You have to weight it out i guess. Ask yourself is it worth risking the friendship if its never going to work out. You just broke up with someone for that same reason.

i would tell her that you like her, but i don't advise you dating her. it will mess up your friendship with her. i wouldn't worry about what anyone thinks, especially because she is smaller than you. that's a stupid reason to bug someone....girls are supposed to be smaller than guys!
