for now, ignore it. as long as yur friend doesn't take any actions that would drive a wedge between the couple, her crush is harmless.
but if ever she does, reason with her and tell her off, and then tell ur fren abt it.
its a tricky situation but play it well and no one will be hurt.

i think that it's ok for ur fren to fall for the other fren's bf. as long as she doesn't like knowingly do anything to wreck the relationship. so maybe tell your other fren only when this issues seems to be affecting the both of them even in the slightest way.
