Is it OK to still love kids cereal. I never seem to grow out of it even though my friends all eat the mature and healthy variety (Wheaties, Total, etc). I still love all the brands I grew up with...honey combs, captn crunch, apple jacks, fruity peebles, lucky charms, froot loops, every single last one of them....I can go on and on. Am I the only grown up holding a box of Honey Smacks in the supermarket line?

I love them, too. I was thinking about Captn Crunch a little bit ago, but that's an indulgence I won't do. Too much sugar. Sugar lowers the immune system. Since I stopped eating that stuff I don't get colds very often at all.
I'd rather eat oatmeal and be able to breath through my nose than eat kids cereal and not be able to breedh trough bmy nosbe.
An odd twist on oatmeal: serve with avocado, pumpkin seeds, roasted sunflower seeds, tomatoes and Bragg's Liquid Aminos (soy sauce substitute.) That's better than ANY boxed cereal!
Ah, but to each their own. Isn't America grand!

You probably just eat the marshmallows out of your Lucky Charms too, dont you?
You left off Golden Grahams, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cookie Crisp and Sugar Corn Pops.
The greatest thing in the world is having my three kids because when I take them grocery shopping, I pawn it off that the cereal is "for them". I take it a step further and eat their fruit snacks and juice boxes too.
Kids food rules. Thats probably why I need to lose 10 lbs.

i'm no longer a mom, yet i'm an person that as a infant had severe hypersensitive reactions. i grew to become into allergic to cat fur, chocolate, and dryer sheets. 2 of those i've got grown out of (no longer dryer sheets). in case your infant continues to be exhibiting symptons, i'd err on the factor of protection. Later, your infant would be uncovered to three new issues, after which you will comprehend. do no longer complication, those exposures would be later extremely than faster. Can your infant be re-examined via an allergist? which could be a thank you to ascertain for specific, and under risk-free circumstances.

You just can't come into my kitchen without finding at least two different brands of kids cereal in the draws... (and there aren't any kids in my house...)
What can you do if "adults cereal" tastes simply awful?? There's just no point of comparison between Wheaties and say... Fruit Loops... No way!

Nothing wrong with liking good flavored food no matter what your age.
Short story. The first time I had dinner with my boss (on the road) he was about 55 years old he ordered a banana split for his main course. It blew me away -but he said my mother isn't looking over my shoulder so I just ordered what seemed right for me at this time!!!
