Biori makes a paper like product that you wet and apply to the skin... after thirty minutes it dry sucks blackheads right out of your face..... whatever you do don't try to suck them out with one of those syringe things, they don't work.... they just make a litle red circle around the zit!

Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.

Use a cleanser with salicylic acid in it like "Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash 60 Second Mask Scrub, Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment" then gently press out the blackheads with a loop "comedone extractor" tool, such as the one made by Tweezerman. Links for both are below.
