after washing my hair, i usually put a little serum on my hair & that`s it..to ease down the frizz.

there is a product out I think for kids. It's called bedhead. Why don't you try it. It's for kids that wake up with those cowlicks and stuff. It couldn't hurt. Or try a curling iron. Clip it on and just pull it straight out. It won't curl. It just sort of irons it straight. Don't wash your hair before bed. Wash it a few hours before bed so that it is calmed down before bed.

How much product do you use in your hair? That could be a contributor (like if you use a lot of hairspray).

I just read that you should use a silk or satin pillowcase instead of flannel/cotton.
