yes .. i know a couple who found each other online ... they are in related businesses, and happened to meet in a chat room .they started to chat for hours at a time... then he asked her where she lived , turns out they lived only a few hours driving time apart. this intrigued her so they swapped phone numbers.. they then spent weeks talking on the phone ..finally they just needed to meet one another..so he drove the 437 miles to her city and they met at a restaurant..had coffee, then lunch ,then supper ... five months later they were married..that was two years ago.. the secret to their success is honesty.. if they can be honest they will last forever................oh ..... and i believe they will..

Oh yeah. Trust me, guys will kill to hear the sweetest and understanding words from a woman. If you can connect well with eachother just by communicating, then you're set.
I say thats a huge, if not, the biggest thing in a relationship or whatever is talking. Talking about dreams, fears, wishes, friends, life. And a few kind words can go a long way with a guy.

As romantic as it sounds I am sorry to say but I do not think it is possible..how well do you really know someone over the phone? You can talk to them about many things yes..but what about the chemical and emotional part of a relationship that blossoms with being with someone. This can never be replaced with a phone line!

He can fall in love with his ideal, dream version of you, but you know that isn't really falling in love with YOU. He needs to see you and be around you, experiencing first hand all of your great qualities, idiosyncracies, and blemishes (if you have any). The phone connection may be a good start, but don't accept professions of love from someone until you've spent quality time in their presence.
