They are older than Jesus by thousands of years, so it isn't possible. It is possible Jesus learned from them when he disappeared for a while and came back all Buddha like.
edit: Or if you believe in reincarnation Buddha could be reincarnated as Jesus but I highly doubt it because there may be similarities but I don't see Buddha ever claiming to be the only son or child of God.

I have no idea how you believe it. Probably because you have not studied enough about it to know that the Bodhisattva were around for over 2000 years before the birth of Jesus. That would seem to make it difficult for him to be "the first".
So I have no clue on it is possible that you believer that....

I've heard people say before that Jesus was *a* Bodhisattva, but not that he was the first. There have been many Bodhisattvas. Here's a list of some, from Wikipedia:

Not possible, but the reason they are so similar is simple. You catch more flies with honey.
What I mean is evil (Satan) doe his best work when it closely mirrors the truth. The writing of Buddha earlier or not I do not know, but they distort the perfect truth that Jesus brought from the Father. These keep people from finding the truth and receiving salvation.
I would mention other examples but people would think I was hate bashing instead of truth exposing. Suffice it to say that if it is not of God it is of Satan.

It is possible because you believe, like me, in reincarnation. You believe that Christ was Buddha in a former life.
This is indeed what I also believe.
