The US MP's can go through special classes to be qualified as part of a Special Recon Team (SRT). There are usually two positions: SRT I (Marksman) and SRT II (Observer).

"The Special Reaction Team provides commanders with an enhanced response force capable of responding to and resolving special threat situations (terrorist incidents, barricaded incidents (with and without hostages), drug raids, high risk warrant apprehensions. These courses are designed to meet DOD directives and service regulatory requirements (Army, Marines, and Air Force) for Antiterrorism phase II response force requirements."

As Far As Air Force Security Police......Yes, they do have a sniper team. They serve under the SWAT Portion of USAF Security Forces. Normally you dont see them, but where i am stationed they come out whenever an important dignitary visits the base, or even airshows every year. We call them the "Ninja Cops" becuase they are dressed in full black combat gear

Not many, but there are those who go through sniper training as an extra identifier, usually those who go through SRT training. We all go through the training, but not specifically sniper training in SRT school. I'd like to think im on sniper ability level though, just can't say i am one, but i still am an MP and SRT trained.

yes there is and they are called the swat team, I saw where they had made a hit in a little town north of Atlanta, I suppose there were at least 75 there and they got to this house before day break , when the man came into the kitchen to make coffee this Saturday morning, they opened fire on him there were over 400 bullet holes in this house , when they broke the door down the man was shot to rags, and they made his family gather his parts and put in plastic bags, this man was unarmed, and had shown no violence toward them , but, he was a WW2 vet, and was some what shell shocked so he didn't act perfect as they thought he should, his charge was refusing to pay income taxes,
Around here they call the swat cowardly murders, who hide behind their badge and gun to get their thrills in killing some one
especially those who can't be a real threat to them,
