I did not drive my Nissan vehicle since 2 months bcoz I am waiting for my warranty to be transferred from the previous owner and I need this warranty to get my Strut Bearings and the Thermostat replaced. I have contact numbers of about 10 representatives and I tried to contact them regularly. They neither answer my call nor do they call me back even after I leave my message in their voice mail. Weather conditions are pretty bad here. It's really pathetic and I am tired of this Bu..Sh.. I paid $1000 for this warranty to the previous owner and now, I waited for 2 months without driving. My battery is dead now. I don't know what to do. I feel like SUING them now. Please let me know your suggestions.

Nissan warranty - if it is really by Nissan, will reimburse you of all out of pocket repair expenses done on your vehicle. Nissan itself, rarely contacts owners - especially during the period when new models are released (Nissan or any manufacturer is too busy getting their ducks in a row for the new model releases and previous model customers fall by the wayside often). They leave matters like that up to the dealers discretion. But to not drive your car over red tape only hurts you. Just fix your car and deal with what happens. I have never heard of paying the previous owner to transfer warranty (maybe a factory extended warranty - which in some cases is non-transferable). You should have an attorney look at that document because either you omitted some information in your question or something is fishy. Get the opinion of another Nissan dealer, maybe they have more experienced service writers/managers concerning warranty matters. But if you need your car, you need your car.

i own a repair shop, and i have had to deal with them on customers be-half and never had any problems from them at all,but them your doing a transfer this is different all together its usually not like them to do like this,id suggest going through a dealer and see if they can speed it up,they will back date it ,so all yous problems will be repaired, actually the dealer could go ahead and do that now if they wanted to,id get in touch with them, and see if i could get them to help me with it,good luck,i hope this help,s.

You paid $1000.00 for a warranty to repair $300.00 worth of worn parts?
