Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. Reasons?
1. OW.
2. You'll have a pretty hard time finding a (straight) tattoo artist who wants to spend that much time up close and personal with your twig & berries.
3. The opportunities to show off your new artwork are very limited. By law.
The only good thing is that you'll probably pass out from the pain before he's done with the outline.
