I'm full of the Valentines Day blues. The boy I've liked for about a year now rejected me recently, and I've been pretty mopey about it. Today, he lectured me about how I shouldn't talk about it to my friends, and he'll never feel the same way about me, etc.

I'm very, very sad. Can anyone cheer me up with a witty comment or assuring words? It's much appreciated.

girl please.....don't let this man dictate how you feel. i know your feelings are your feelings and are real. but, honey put the focus back on you! it is about you! brush your shoulders off and keep on moving, in time you will feel better. learn to love you and enjoy your singleness honey, it is more gorgeous fine men out there waiting to find you.

I'm very sorry to read about your sadness,
listen sweet, the roles we create for ourselves
are adaptions of circumstance, this is called
experience, we cannot grow by ourselves and
for the most part there are limits to who we become
at any given moment, we all will experience changes
all through our lives, some we have no control and
some we decide, with this sad event in ye life do
not judge yourself or deceive yourself, life goes
on, before you move on know who you are, keep
the goodness you acquired when you were happy
so these features can be applied to your next new
measure of preparation, you must always be ready
for change and the best way is to know yourself and
be sincere with yourself, keep your aims in a direction
of finding happiness and understanding and try not to
identify with events which seems to be a cause for change
but rather using the change for examination to eliminate
any imagination that may cloud up your thinking.....
Change is needed, and change is not easy, if you have too
many negative emotions it will conquer you baby.......
gOOd luck, life it not an easy experience, yet it is
what creates who you become.............

hey girl you just need to let him go. if it was not meant to be then there is nothing you can do about it. live up your life! fake some confidence and get a new (and improved) boi. trust me there are plenty of them. you may still have to wait for them to show up though. and as for this guy, try not to be angry with him(because you dont want to stay mixed in with him in any way shape or form), but DONT let him sit on a pedestal. it would take ALOT longer to get over him!

It's his lost, sweetie. You deserve better; you don't need this guy to make your life complete. Just ignore him and move on. Go out with your friends and celebrate You!

Happy Valentine's Day!

All I can say is if you do cheer up and move on you will have a better chance of attracting someone else that will love you.

He can't tell you what you can't do. You're not even dating and he wants to control you? Well you sure showed him. You went past talking to your friends and posted it on the internet! You're better than him. Way to go!
