It is interesting that no answers have mentioned the Unitarian Universalist religion, which is one which states that all people should be allowed the freedom to seek their own truth, who believe in the worth and dignity of every person, who believes in the freedom of the democratic process in the governing of their societies and who has a firm belief in the interconnectedness of life and the fact that all religions have truths which we can learn from.
Seems like a very tolerant, non-annoying religion to me...

I'm a Muslim , I wouldn't say that Islam is most tolerant or least annoying, but i would like to add that Islam is a religion of peace .belief in hell and Jihad r part of Islam .but violence is only permit ed to stop trouble(just like police use them) and not indiscriminate violence. but as much as we r annoying we can also be the most tolerant and least annoying if left to our own devices .Islamic values are a power full deterrent to criminals (Just look at the crime rate in gulf countries) meekness and lack of will shouldn't be misunderstood for tolerance

All revelative relgions are tolerant and inspiring. Try to get the good things in the Holy Books, not in the erronous interpreters. Don't care about what I say, just try to read the Baha'i Books at:

Not really a religion, but I'd say agnostics are the most tolerant and least annoying.
Oh, by the way: I'm not agnostic myself, so I'm not biased.

I am a person who is a "Jew by Choice" meaning I converted to Judaism. I chose it because it IS tolerant (among other reasons). Jews don't believe you have to be a Jew to be a good person, and don't believe non-Jews are people that God doesn't like or that are going to hell (for that matter, we don't believe in hell). We don't go preaching to other people to join us; in fact, you are ritually turned away THREE times if you attempt to start the conversion process! It mostly teaches to do good to others, to treat yourself in a healthy manner, and to take care of the physical world - to me, that's pretty tolerant, and not annoying.
