She gets mad and calls me lazy if i don't exercise, she wants me to try this diet. She is not evil and says that she doesn't care about my weight but the things she does contradict that. It gets me angry and sooo hurt I would prefer to kill myself I can't be perfect for anybody, if that's the case i will gladly welcome death. How do I cope?

First of all, do not listen to her. There are parents who lead their children to things like Anorexia and Bulimia. That can seriously happen. Parents have a major effect on children, especially at younger at ages. If you feel you want to get healthy, you should do it for yourself, not her, or anyone else. I would seriously want to slap her in her face if she started yelling at me about dieting and exercising. You should only need to please yourself, and be a good person, for you. Not her or anyone else. She needs to know that. She loves you, and wants you to be healthy, and you recognize that, but she needs to know that you want to be you for you, not you for her. Good luck.

Looks like you are really searching for answers. I do understand. Have had a weight problem since puberty, can't ever seem to loose it, exercises and keep active all the time and hardly eat anything.. Ya, I get ya, and i have been reading your other postings.

I am now in my 40s and still have a weight problem, my Doctor has finally started treating me for a thyroid condition, even though my thyroid tests say that I am okay and doing fine, in that area.

Do a google search on Hypothyroidism and Wilson’s Syndrome. I know I can't possibly eat any less, or any better or do anymore, but I also can't get, or keep my weight off. Good luck, I know it is hard, specially if family is pushing you.
