The simple answer is that, half the wieght of the pastry case is fat.
The filling is not high in fat, and anyway the lemon content (if fresh) will cut the fat.
Many washing up liquids use lemon juice, not just to make the kitchen smell nice but because it improves the cleaning properties of their product.

Most of the fat comes from the crust.
Here is a fat free recipe for Lemon Meringue Pie:
Makes:
1 pie (8 slices)
Ingredients:
CRUST
8 graham crackers (reduced fat)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons fat-free egg substitute or 2 egg whites
FILLING
1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute or 4 egg whites
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
MERINGUE TOPPING
3 egg whites, brought to room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
To make crust, break crackers into pieces, and place in a blender. Blend into fine crumbs. Add the sugar, and blend for 5-10 seconds to mix. Add the egg substitute or egg whites, and blend until mixture is moist and crumbly.
Coat a pie pan with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat), and press the crust mixture over the bottom and sides of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
To make the filling, combine the cornstarch and sugar in a 2-quart saucepan. Slowly stir in the water and milk, and place over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is thickened and bubbly. Reduce the heat to low.
Place the egg substitute or egg whites in a small bowl. Remove 1/2 cup of the hot filling from the pot, and stir into the egg substitute or egg whites. Return the mixture to the pot and stir for 2-4 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat, and stir in the lemon juice. Pour the filling into the pie crust, and set aside.
To make the meringue, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy. Beat in the cream of tartar and salt, and continue beating until soft peaks form. Slowly beat in the sugar. Add the vanilla extract, and beat until the mixture is glossy and stiff.
Spread the meringue over the warm filling. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-12 minutes.
Chill for at least 5 hours before serving.

The crust typically is made with shortening...which is just fat. You could have a crust with less fat if you make a graham cracker crust...and even take it a step further and use applesauce in place of half the butter needed for the crust.
In the filling there are egg yolks and also butter. The white part on top is just sugar and egg whites.
