Ive been having this recurring dream/nightmare for almost ten years now, Im now 23. I walk into a enclosed space, there I place three gemstones into three seperate holders/containers. I place myself in the center of the three gems, all of a sudden a bright white light envelopes my entire body. And I begin to pan out first the area I was in is enveloped in this light, then the outlying country it was in, then the planet is clearly visible then the solar system, the galaxy we reside in, then the universe itself. I am looking straight at the universe. All of a sudden everything that was enveloped in light begins to make a low screaming noise as if in excrutiating pain, it becomes louder and louder.
Then everything goes dark, no sound can be heard, no light can be seen, nothing can be felt. Absolutely nothing, just darkness.
At this point in time I have either woken up really afraid, or at other times feel like I made a correct decision with no regrets.

These dreams/nightmares have been recurring on me almost on a weekly basis, before in the beginning it used to be one month apart and I could nod it off, then after some years they starting happening more frequently and at more times ends up waking me up in cold sweat.
Now sometimes when Im not thinking about anything the image of me seeing the screams in white light starts to to pop up in my head more and more. Recently I just started crying out of nowhere while I was driving to work. If you think has something to do with current events, kiss my *** I could care less about whats happening to the rest of the world.
Ive been seeing this for ten years now and is beginning to feel like its really going to happen, like I kind of end all existence in the universe. Maybe a WMD doesnt have to be a machine, it could be an animate being.

You are a highly educated person and you will agree that the form of existence is finite, but the core materials are not.
Just like the water you just drink, will be your sweat, tears, urine ... in a very short time.
As for we humans, we were an infant, kid, adult, older citizen and dead. But after that, we will be carbon dioxide, water, nitrogen, oxygen all over again.
At the same time, new born babies are forming right out of these substance.
And the cycle repeats.
Is this consistent with your Indian believes?

No, but the dream is legit. When you reach that point in time where you wake up in your 'waking life', make the correct decision with no regrets.
-----The dreams have been preparing you for the end of your current world view, not the world per se, but the world as you understand it.
When it happens in 'real' life, you will be tempted to interpret the events through the lens of fear, don't do it.
There will also be another interpretation that occurs to you, choosing this one leads you to feel you've made a correct decision with no regrets.
