definitely. i have had this scenario with guys. i used to be in love, but now i will always have a love for him even if its not romanticly. don't do anything to jeopardize this friendship, if you do you will necer forgive yourself. hope this helps in some way.

love isn't a feeling, it is a responsibility. it is a dedication. dating is supposed to get you ready for marriage, and the marriage vows say for better or for WORSE. stick to it during the worse time, try to liven things up or make a change in your daily routine. maybe take your girlfriend to an exotic restaurant. Things should work out. but remember, dating isn't about feelings, it's about learning to dedicate yourself to a responsibility you have signed up for. so you can't just quit.

that is suggested as 'living in denial'. Your attempting to get over her, yet you for sure can not. If she continues to be the perfect female on your eyes...your no longer over her! wait on your probability, or attempt to make some thing take position. basically be assertive. do not push the problem too a lot

If the other girl is now in the past you need to move on.
You can always love who she was but, you really can't say your in love with them as things and people change

you do realize it is possible to just have friends that are girls right?
you dont have to go out with every girl that is nice to you.
just be friends, there is nothing wrong with that, especialy if you are sure it wont effect your relationship with your gf
