to work over the Christian right and especially the Catholic Church. Bill Donohue of The Catholic League got on their case and forced them to quit but, they were saying something about the Blessed Virgin Mary should have taken the plan "B" pill and stuff like that. How does this make you feel?

He's just showing his true character....liberals are "accepting" of all lifestyles - except those that are conservative and Christian. Edwards didn't even repudiate their statements!

Where did you hear the Plan B remark? Amanda Marcotte said in her Pandagon blog, "The Catholic church is not about to let something like compassion for girls get in the way of using the state as an instrument to force women to bear more tithing Catholics." But isn't that what the Catholic church's policies do? It forbids women from using birth control. It forbids them from aborting a child who would be unwanted. She may be stating it in a bold manner, but I think she has a point.

The other blogger, McEwan, referred to the "wingnut Christofascist base".

Shortly after that, this Donohue thug came out of the woodwork and forced them to quit the Edwards campaign. This kind of tactic of attacking these two bloggers' freedom of speech smacks like something from some totalitarian state. Seems to me that McEwan got it right too. Donohue is indeed an example of a "wingnut Christofascist".

Christian and Muslim extremists are one of the world's biggest problems today.

PS. If you want to see the video that Aaron was referring to, go to jammerjive.blogspot.com and scroll down to the bottom and you will see it, that is, until Jammer Jive blogs it off the page. It's entitled "Bubba Bich Slaps Fox News Guy". (I misspelled a word because Yahoo insists on purity over truthfulness in quoting titles. If you search on it, spell it correctly.)

Yeah I heard about that. Well I am a Christian and though those statements are offensive to my faith. I am more offended that a person for the Democratic party is trying to run for President hiring such goons. When the Catholic League complained he did not remove them from office, it wasn't until it was aired on O'Riely factor when they both left.

I also heard today about the crack that John Kerry made about the troops. THat may have happened awhile ago, but I could not believe what I was hearing, and then to hear himself not back down and not apologize. Well, that is unbelievable. I used to think that it wouldn't of been a big deal if he got elected. I am sure glad he didn't now.

It makes me optomistic. Apparently they are finally learning that they have to campaign in as nasty a fashion as the other side does. Rove is effective....if we want to win we ned to immitate their strategy.

President Clinton gave the blue print for how to handle Republican BS.

I'll post the link for you. It's him completely dismantling a guy from Fox News.

A lot of God haters are Democrats.

I'm not saying ALL Democrats are God haters or anything. I'm more likely to vote Democrat myself. I'm just saying that seems to be more prevalent in liberal politics.

As far as the Catholic Church goes, no comment.

I think it's great. It's about time someone really took on the Christo-fascists. I may just have to vote for the guy.
