Any tips on getting a girlfriend? I never had a girlfriend before nor do I have good female friends. I hear that just because a person has a female friend, that doesn't necessarily means she will become his girlfriend. And that is true. I have heard that 1st appearance matters a lot so will it be better for me if I stop biting my nails and talking to girls? I know for a fact that my voice is a really bad turnoff. My friend say I need to impress a girl with my other qualities. What is the other qualities that I need to find to get a girlfriend? I am 19 years old already. and please do not answer something about money, since if i give a lot of gifts and spend lots of money on her, it would be wasting since it would be too nice and that would be a turnoff. and I wouldn't have a girlfriend. I would just have only a friend. I want to find true love.
No, I will not try a dating site. I don't believe in internet dating. For all that answer "you're gay", I am not gay! I like girls.

It definately does not mean you are gay if you have never had a girlfriend I think that it means that you were more focused on school in High School and a lot of other stuff that was more important to you. I think that you should go out with a group of male friends to a club or something and just introduce your self to a lot of girls. It would probably be more easier if you were around your friends. Try to make a good first impression and maybe you will end up getting a number and maybe even a girlfriend. Best of luck to you! :)

I've practically answered most of your qs to help you. It's been a while I haven't dated and I just wanted you to know that it's possible and even more when you put yourself in an environment where girls will notice you. With that, if your shy that's ok some girls like that. But you have to know what you want and know how to get it. If something is preventing you from approaching a girl you like improve that but most of all don't change for anybody but for you. And finding true love takes time, be patient.

Have your family, co-worker, or friends set you up. Who would know you better than the people you hand out with all the time. Love just happen when you don't expect it, you just have to have FAITH that your true love will come along. It harder said than done but the best thing in life are worth waiting for.

Be nice and just be yourself. When you do meet someone that likes you they'll like the real you and not someone you were pretending to be.
