medical syringes of different capacities can be connected from the needle side with a fuel tube used in two wheeler.

after filling both the syringes with water and connected with the pipe you can easily move the bigger syringe piston backwards when the piston of the smaller syringe pushed forward.

of course the stroke length will differ but the best part is that the syringes are with measuring scales so the displacements can be tracked.
