Meat. Before I got pregnant I didn't eat meat because I didn't like the taste or the texture or anything. As soon as I got pregnant I could single handed devour an entire cow it seemed. It's stuck with me afterward as well. I don't crave it like I did but I definitely like it a heck of a lot more. OH and nachos! Real nachos, from the mexican restaurant in our neighborhood. But the cheese isn't processed enough and falls into the "no-no" category while pregnant. I ate a lot of the Taco Bell nachos trying to fill the hole inside myself at the loss of those delicious nachos. Mmmm, I could go for some now actually. And anything spicy. I somehow didn't have any heartburn my entire pregnancy even though I ate endless spicy dishes. I think it was because I threw everything back up instead. Lol.

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have gotten used to my odd cravings:
Blueberry muffins with tomato puree
Sour lemons
Cooking apples
Anything really sour
Everything tomato (but I hate tomatoes!)
Gone completely off chocolate
Fresh vegetables, even more than normal (eating a bag of raw carrots e day at this stage)
Sponge? Thats a weird one! Anyone trying coal or chalk yet?

Thankfully nothing as bizarre as chewing a sponge. I craved miny cheddars and melted butter (not together) I would have toast dripping with butter!

That's funny about the sponge. I just crave cheese and sour cream a lot.

Chocolate chip cookies, rhubarb pie, spicy buffalo wings, Grapefruit & grapefruit juice, oranges, sweet & sour pork or chicken, and tons of ice cream. Hey a guy can get pregnant too. Arnold Schwarzenagger did in one of his movies.

*LOL* Alot, tuna, subway sub with jalepenos and banana peppers, deli meats steamed in microwave with melted cheese, cucumbers, apples, oranges, spinach (with vinegar), romaine lettuce and dark lettuce made into a salad with green onions, cucumbers, carrots, cheese, and mushrooms, with vinegar and a very little bit of olive oil as dressing, yogurt, pickles or anything salty, hamburger patties, and baked chicken with cream of mushroom soup or Italian dressing. I hate tomatoes (which stinks because I used to love them before pregnancy) and pork and fried chicken

I really didn't have many cravings, but I had a HUGE aversion to chicken. Now, 13 months later, I still have a hard time stomaching it.
