I have discovered the only way I can get hard is if I watch my girlfriend making love with someone else. Is there something I can do to fix this?

that is definitely not the only way! it's a so bad way so dont let her do that if she's ur gf. and if she's willing to do that, then get rid of her! whatever u hav between you and ur gf, then that should be unique and special. dont try to act like someone else and please be urself.
