They need a base but they have no ideas about that base.
A thirsty man wants to quench his thirst, he searches for someone to show him how to attain his satisfaction. But he meets no man until the time he desparately faces a large river, waits for the rescue and then lies dead on its bank. This story is not mine, it was told by Lord Buddha.

People have become disappointed with religion, because they are finding out that what religion is preaching may not be true, and the need for a religious base has dwindled for many, millions of people put a lot of faith in Christs coming, and again they were disappointed, today religion is loosing it's hold on their followers, and I believe within 50 years religion will become more of an entertainment establishment than for religious needs, it is already used for more socializing events than the mass, churches are becoming entertainment spots with great music performances, and less preaching.

People's actions can taint another persons perspective on a religion. That shouldn't stop anyone from believing in a certain belief though. If you started to address yourself in a certain religion and acted that right way, you might help other people's decision in a positive manner towards the religion.

Here's the biggest reason God gave ten commanments one is thou shall not murder well the churches if they speak against the war and murdering they are tax exempt no more so to go to church and ask the priest why he called the soldiers heros and not cry out about the war being wrong well that cut their throats and hey I guess they deserve what they get less money from the people that did believe in the church!
