Could be extreme changes in temperature too. I experienced that for about a year each time I go swimming when I never had such problems before. One thing I remembered was that it was cold and windy the first time it started. I was practically shivering before I jumped into the pool. My solution, I take antihistamines after that cos I just love to swim. The trick is you have to take them before you get the itches. Anyway, now I don't have this problem any more. Don't know why. It came mysteriously and left just as mysteriously.
If it affects more than 50% of your body, better see a doctor.

first of all possibly the benadryl is making it worse, it might want to be excema from the chilly air, it might want to be something from a sparkling fabrics he has are available in contact with- some human beings are allergic to polyester, it might want to be a sparkling cleansing soap, or too a lot cleansing soap, so some distance as laundry detergent that could want to be the wrongdoer yet I in elementary words discovered it led to a situation in my homestead after I overused it. it might want to be from a viral an infection at the same time with his different indicators, now and again little ones and youthful little ones may have a rash even as they get an endemic. What did the well being care provider say it replaced into.

try using the detergent All free and clear this is a detergent for people who have allergies to soap...or you could use Dreft...the detergent for babies clothes...I have done this for my daughter. and you may want to do an extra rinse on your clothes before drying them this gets more of the soap out.

as its both of you - it may not be an allergy - not being rude
but you may have picked up some sort of insect on your travels.
wash your bedding at a high temperature - put pillows in freezer
(kills bugs) and hoover your mattresses.
there is also a condition which is catching called scabies -
i would both go to the doctor if i were you
good luck

See a doctor. it could be stress, it could be poison oak, it could be dust mites, it could be a new laundry detergent or fabric softener, it could be a food allergy, it could be cause by a combination of factors, it could be anything, see a doctor.
