Does anyone know a good freeware FLV player?
I also wish there is a good free convertor, say to mpg or wma.

Please help, thanks!

these players will play flv (flash video) files:
http://mpui.sourceforge.net/ (MPUI - the one I use majority of the time, plays anything!)
http://www.videolan.org/ (VLC - I mainly use it when mpui isn't loud enough)

you can convert flv with this tool:
http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

and bonus tip!
you can download youtube, google video and some others with this site: http://www.keepvid.com
