I think I have a serious self esteem problem.....One minute I love my self and the other minute I hate myself and feel like committing suicide...sometimes i look in the mirror and dissappointed in what i see...A lot of people think and tell me that i am attractive...I get this alot from guys also girls...I dont have a weight problem....i am short and lean...I am 4 11 and 20 years old besides my height which i love at times and other times i dont I am perfectl normal....i just keep getting this mood swing that makes me feel like commiting suicide.... this is just a random feeling i get at any given time.. what is wrong with me?...

First of all get of your computer and ask someone to drive you to the nearest mental institution they like your kind there`

I would suggest counseling/therapy. I'm not sure what is the root of your feelings, but you need to get to the bottom of htem soon, especially since you have contemplated suicde! Those thoughts are a red flag to get immediate help with whatever the problem is! I feel for you, because you yourself do not know where this is coming from! I can sympathize with the feelings oof disaproval towards yourself. I struggle with that also. No matter what I do, or how good I do it, I always feel like I should have done better!
A great book by Joyce Meyers "Approval Addiction". Read it, it may help!

If my mood swings were that erratic and I was having those thoughts I would get myself to a professional. I've had self esteem problems myself and it isn't much fun, but today I think it is better, because I actively do things I know will bolster it. It didn't change overnight though. I've had to work at it.

The fact that you posted this is great... That means you truly don't want to commit suicide, you just need help. You should go see your doctor. Your OB/GYN. You might have a hormonal imbalance. You might be consuming artificial sweeteners such as Splenda. You might not get enough sun light. It will be impossible for anyone, including a doctor to answer this question for you without knowing more about you and understanding your lifestyle, habits, relationships, etc. If you want to talk more one on one, you can e-mail me at robinstarlyn@yahoo.com. why do u want to commit suicide? is it because of your looks?
you have to know your worth. your worth is not based on your looks. it's based on how you treat others, children, animals and yourself. your worth is based on your intelligence, character, education etc.
if you are disappointed because of your looks, change your way of thinking because that is shallow. you are worth a LOT more than your looks.
find something to make yourself happy. you sound moody like you have an ocd=obsessive compulsive disorder. obsessed about superficial things. channel that obsession into something else. whats your passion(something you like doing that you can do for hours but it will feel like minutes) work on that passion, perfect it. doing something you love helps esteem a lot. also find a job that makes you feel useful. or volunteer at a hospital:)

If your mood is swinging low enough to think about suicide, then you should see a doctor. He/she will be able to give you a proper diagnosis and prescribe medications to help you feel better.

u r not confident enough, u r also not comfortable with ur body, try to think all the goods thinks about u, u should try to leave all the negative things behind, hope this helps u!

You sound Bi-Polar....you are putting way to much emphasis on the outside package dear...get to know the real you...so you can love the real you....the inside you....

sounds like you are a "manic-depressive" this is a clinical disease, check on some websites for symptoms and then see your doctor and get some anti-depressants
